ablon seated therapy
MODULE 4
In-person, hands-on study, 2-day immersive
This form of seated therapy (pángtugawán nga ablón) places emphasis on the upper body. It can be used to help heal injuries, chronic pain, and certain physiological imbalances, while addressing various muscle tensions and reduced range of motion in the shoulders, arms, hands, and neck. This is ideal for those confined to a wheelchair, or for those who work in front of a computer or engage in any strenuous activity.
This module will focus on body mechanics, limb positioning, joint mobilization, and systematic pressure.
